Offering a part time position in S.E., 4-6 hours a day with a definite possibility of full time & long term employment for the right team member

Administrative Experience/Qualifications required:

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Inventory control -- detail oriented, monitor inventory levels and inventory movement using manual or computerized inventory system.
• Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, procedures & paperwork flow in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. To maintain daily essential communication with Vancouver head office.
• Other Administrative duties to include; answering the phone, directing orders; scanning, faxing and emailing, preparing FedEx shipments, sample tracking, booking appointments, etc.

Knowledge of coffee an asset!
