Full Time Receptionist (downtown)

A busy office located in downtown is looking for a receptionist/admin assistant. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:30.

Daily Duties include:
• General office administration
• Answering phones and greeting customers
• Handling and posting accounts receivable and payable
• Maintain file management system which includes electronic reports and media files
• Prepare reports, invoices and other administration documents.
• Deal with mail, couriers, photocopying and scanning
• Maintaining stationary supplies and filing

Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree
- 1-2 years of reception or office experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Highly organized, with excellent planning and time management skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skill
- Mature and professional with a positive attitude and an ability to work both independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to write and communicate clearly and concisely in English (a second language would be an asset, but not required)
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows environments and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
